I hope that having the opportunity to read the same novel as some of your peers will prompt in-depth conversations about it and inspire great essay ideas as a result. Take today to talk about the novel meaningfully. Though you are all encouraged to take notes, have one of you volunteer to document copiously what you discuss. Make the notes as thorough as possible, and submit them to be at the end of the period (email is fine) for 10 points towards the fourth marking period.
